Built to take advantage of the natural beauty, breezes and sunsets of Providenciales, Villa Tropidero was custom-crafted by the owners. Complete with vaulted ceilings, custom tiling and fantastic ocean views, you will love the peace and tranquility that this home exudes. 'Beautiful By Nature!'
Each bedroom comes equipped with a separate entry for privacy, a private balcony and enjoy perfect placement to take advantage of the famous local trade winds.and sunsets .
Additionally, both brightly colored junior suites have their own walk in showers bathrooms.
The entertainment center, there is a DVD library available for your use, as well as a 55” TV with surround sound provided in the great room. All rooms have new A/C,units . TV/DVD system, and wireless Internet are included.
You will also find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a new stainless steel dishwasher and stove.
We have added on demand hot water heaters throughout the villa , so you will not run out of hot water.
Each room at Villa Tropidero has great sun, vibrant colors and charming Caribbean artwork.
After enjoying the interior of Villa Tropidero, make your way outside, past the hammocks hanging for in the cool breezeway with fans and colorful artwork .You will find your own private pool and barbeque, as well as newly sculpted lush, tropical landscaping. Beyond the pool, work your way down to your own private palapas on the beach! Villa Tropidero has all the privacy you need plus your own beach complete kayaks and lounge chairs .
The private beach is also a perfect starting point for a day in the ocean. swim, snorkel, bonefish, kayak, wakeboard, windsurf and paddle board.

Summary: House was nice with good views from the balcony on the second floor, pool was nice. Beach is quite shallow and you can’t really swim in the ocean unless you go way out by the islands. One recommendation would be to have the laundry cleaning in an allergen/ sensitive skin detergent as our daughter who has sensitive skin broke out in a rash on her face and sides where the sheets came into contact with her skin. Also, if it’s possible to trim some of the shrubbery between the house and ocean so there could be a view from the pool/ first floor. Overall though a nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend driving to boogaloos for dinner. Lorenzo was very nice and helpful.
